AEM Bypass Valve?

Whats up everyone, anyone using the AEM bypass valve on an injen CAI? I currently have my CAI out of the car becuase I had to bring the car back to nissan for repairs and didnt want them slappin me on the rist, but I am going to be putting it back in soon and have been thinking about picking one of these up for peace of mind...

1. Do you really have to cut your pipe? Or can u squeeez it in?
2. Do they work?
3. Anyone use it on the injen CAI?
