McCullough vs. Meccatune Xenon Kits

is there a difference? Both sell 8000K kits that I am looking at. Meccatune claims they use Hella ballasts and Hella bulbs.

Has anyone had experience with these?

I've seen pictures of the meccatune kit and it appears that they do in fact use hella 3rd gen ballasts... hella doesn't make an 8000k bulb so that part is obviously a lie. I'd try and find something closer to 4100k though, you'll be loosing a lot of light output.
