don't know how anyone can survive an accident like that by looking at those pics, if he was DWI, sorry to say, hope he gets what he deserves. dunno how ppl can be so stupid and reckless and put other ppl's lives in danger at the same time.

for his sake, I hope alcohol was not involved. But he is most likely going to go down for manslaughter * 2 and have to deal with having the lives of 2 of his own friends on his conscience for the rest of his life....that's one of the worst things he can have happen to him.

my condolences to the parties involved.

People make mistakes and have to live with the consequences, however I feel it is rude of you to post.

I'm sorry for the people that died at the hand of his stupidy but what goes around comes around for Araffio. That's the way life is. I just remembered some of the dumba$$ comments he made about Blacks when his car got "stolen". Sprint has copies of all of them.

Newsday (the paper ) is not the most reliable source, often they just assume things so that they can get the paper printed in time, they dont know if alcohol was involved at this point, and all of you who say he killed two people dont know what happened, thats why there called accidents, lots of things could have contributed to an accident like this. And yes Tony did leave this site in a bad way but this isnt petty maxima.org stuff this is life and death and No one deserves to be in a situation like this.

Well, you really have to define what is an accident here. If he had been driving and someone hit him and put them in that situation, that would be an accident. What he had was a collision. He clearly lost control (we don't know) and had a collision. It could had been caused trying to avoid someone else. Heck, my wife is in NYC this weekend and I'm glad she was nowhere near that scene.

right, at this point everyone is just speculating as to what happened, probably only a handfull of people on here have ever been in that area or know how that road is, or any of the other variables. So I think people saying he should rot in jail and all that need to chill until more is known.

Hmmm, this thread sucks. Leave him be, he already has to much on his hands and I don't think he needs to see everyone bashing him. He did what he did and theres no going back. I don't see a reason for everyone to call him stupid and assuming things as facts when clearly newspapers always throw out false information. As was already mentioned, he might not have been intoxicated and might have lost control. There is no way for us to know unless it comes out of his mouth. I have never spoke to him so I don't know what type of person he is but bashing him with false information is stupid. I'm done with this thread, goodbye.
