How the hell do you figure, lemme put some tire shine on the treads.

He should just drink the tire shine and save us all from his next mishap.

 

maybe they should tell him not to put it directly on the tread of the tires and take turns at 60? I don't believe the product was at fault.

That's like going to a car wash, and as soon as the car is washed, you floor it and then wonder why you hit a bus.

 

Yes you're right. Well...I've made a mistake and did apply the product on the contact tread area. I still think, the companies making these products should have a warning on the front: " Don't apply on tread area", fully visible, instead a picture of gloss tire all around.

Ummmm. ok would common sense let you know that as soon as you pull off that something is wrong with you tires when they can't catch tracktion.

This car was a special Maxima edition with 255 HP turbo charger. 6,2 sec 0-100km/hr Stillen version, safe Michelin V92 , 235 tires. The car was designed to take these kind of turns with a double speed. I applied the Castrol gloss on the tires ... that's what happen.

Special edition....LOL..what a moron...deserves it...

My stillen version Special 255hp turboharger stays on the road great by the way.

Some kid did that on is300.net a long while back and slid into a tree. I think he wanted to sue the tire company for bad tires (just had them put on) until it came out that he put tire shine on the treads and was called out for being an idiot.

 

so you guys think the supercharger (if it exists) is totalled or could it be parted out?

 

Oh my goodness...I cant believe that guy actually admitted to putting the tire shine on the tread. That was his second mistake.

 

i'll be nice to him... maybe he'll give the SC away for dirt cheap . . .

 

by the look of the pic it hit the engine on the opposite side of where the SC would be, so maybe just maybe......

 

I would buy that engine set up because it changes from a 255hp stillen turbo charger, to a 280hp vortech supercharger. Thats freaking incredable! Best of both worlds, that guy has no freaking clue what he is talking about since the car some how gained 25hp from page one until page 3!!!

ive done the tire shine thing but only when i go to carshows and turn out the front wheels to show some tread/rim. But I admit it does make the ride home interesting, lol

hahahaha!!! rotary w/pistons! that's almost as good as the time i pulled up next to a 2nd gen eclipse gsx (when i had a modded 1st gen gs-t) and asked him what he did to it. he thought for a second and then replied that he had twin turboed it... then i asked him what kind of turbos he was pushing. he thought for a little bit more and guess what he replied?? EIBACH!!! hahahaha... i informed him that he was a f-ing moron and that unless they somehow invented transforming suspension parts that double as turbos he was full of it. his g/f started pointing and laughing at him as i drove off.

reminds me of the day this iroc z camaro was revin his car. the driver was a redneck so i reved back at him a coupla times. i had 2 other friends in the car and i totaly whooped his ***. he then pulls up next time and proceeds to ask the dumbest question: "what do u got in that thing? a v6?" my friend and i both said "supercharged V6" at the same time, the dude couldnt believe what he heard but of course we had to lie
