Just got a Maxima

Hey, whats up guys. I just bought a 1992 Maxima from my friend as a 2nd car so I can save my car a little bit during the winter.

The Maxima has 220k highway miles on it and I got it for 400 bucks. I just need that thign to last for 1000 miles and i'll be a haprry camper haha

I dont know much about Nissans and never owned one so whats the word on the 92 Maximas? Any recalls... any general problems et al.

My good car is a 2001 Honda Civic. I'm a frequent member on 7thgencivic.com cuz its a great site full of good info and a lot of cool people..... I hope this site is the same way.

Here are a couple pics of my civic..... V-TaCk cra-ZZ YoO

here is the Maxima

It's ironic how you've exceeded the bandwidth for your Civic pics but the Max pic showed up. Try checking out the 3rd gen forum for more info.

EDIT: I guess I got your old bandwidth before you changed it

welcome. 3rd gens are great cars. if you need a winter beater next year hold on to the Max. you can brobably get another 20 or 30 thousand miles out of the car if it was maintianed properly by the last owner and if you maintian it right. check out the 3rd gen forums
