SE is all you need!!! check the faqs, and what years are you interested in?

 

base GXE: no leather, no spoiler, no sunroof, no Bose, no climate control, chome outer handles and grill. 5sp or auto (some of the stuff available for optional upgrade)

base SE: spoiler, moonroof, body colored grill and handles, tighter suspension, white gauges. 5sp or auto (leather, climate, and Bose optional)

base GLE: monroof, chrome handles and grill, leather, Bose, Climate control. AUTO only (spoiler optional)

I may be missing a few things, but there's a quick idea of the difference

 

The Base SE was optional with a moon/sun roof. I got the Welfare SE.

 

My GLE doesnt have a sunroof

mu uncles 2003 GLE doesnt have moonroof either b/c guy he bought it from he ordered it that way. i dont know why would you do that?

 

I thought the moonroof was a standard option in GLEs....my bad

GXE=standard
SE= standard sport
GLE=standard luxury

Plain and simple. By standard I mean what they come with without options. Read FAQ for all generations, its clearly typed up by other members.
