I was just quoted $179 for the SMC unit from Courtesy Nissan while I have found the Pacesetter for just over $100. What gives is there any difference or is it a simple rebadging of the same product?

 

As far as I know its a mystery. Jeff92SE ordered the SMC STS and I have the Pacesetter unit, so we'll soon find out.

The word on the street is that SMC sold the design to Pacesetter.

Ask me again in a week and I should have the answer.

 

When I get mine, I'll compare it to BLT's Crapsetter one and post the appearance differences. :0
