any problems with Stillen or Cattman Y pipes
Wanted to get a feel if anyone had any install problems with the Stillen or Cattman ypipe? Thinking about getting a WSP cause of the great deal and customer service that they offer. it seems though that people are having some side effects from the install like bees in a can sound or rubbing of metal pieces .....I know most of the issues posted can be fixed with minor adjustments but i justed wanted to if spending the extra money might be better. thanks
I have the Stillen (can o' bees) Pipe.
I tried the hose clamps on the flex portion, but didn't work.
You need long extensions to reach the bolts.
I haven't heard anyone complain about this but On the downpipe closest to the front of the car, one bolt was nearly impossible to tighten down because of the way the pipe bent.

If your choice is between these two, I would go with the Cattman. I haven't heard any complaints really fitment wise or quality wise. Just make sure they send you the right pipe, ie: fed or cali spec (only real complaint I've heard). I have heard from a lot of people that the new version universal fit stillen Y-pipe isn't so universal, and can be a pain to mount up. Just my $.02.
