Indiglo Gagues
Indiglo Guages
Many guys on the board had serious problems w/ the installation or w/ defective indiglo gauges. I'm one of the 'few' who didn't have either problems. I had one minor bug after installation and that was easily corrected (thanks to clee and dee). Once you recieve the indiglos, first thing you may want to is to inspect the components carefully to see if the holes are where it's supposed to be and markers/numbers identical to your OEM gauge face. Also, once you have the gaugepod opened up, don't play with the needles-they are 'sensitive'(and expen$ive) instruments on your car. I've heard horror stories from cracking/breaking the needles, cracking lenscover to the needles being stuck on the redline. Cheston did a pretty good job with the how2 write up on www.maximadriver.com. The installation isn't rocket science, but it does take patience and attention to detail. Best advise for you is have someone(w/ prior experience) guide you with the install. Good luck

I have mine installed for about 2 weeks already. No problems at all. Install was easy. Took about 30 -45 mins. And this was my first time taking apart this part. I think that if you have 98-99 Max you shouldnt have any problems. The problems seem to be from the 95-97.
