Hello Everyone

Just want to say hello to everyone on the org. I know i haven't been around a lot lately and responses have been slow. I plan on making a couple posts on the org everyday and we will be having a group deal soon also. We apoligize for any bad experiences in the past and will have a formal apology letter up this weekend. I'd love to hear from you guys with any ideas or ways to improve. We want to win you back and will do whatever it takes.

He never lost me as a customer.

I must've bought items in the early days when there were no shipping or other issues.

I bought a FC cat-back about 3 weeks ago... Scott responded to my voicemail within one day and I got it within 4 days of my Paypal... no problems with FC service on this end...

Parts came in good condition and fit almost perfectly... except for a little rattle from it touching a cross brace...

Thanks for the positive replies. We are working with maxima.org now to have a new banner up soon and we would like to run a group deal to show you the improvements we have made in our customer service area. Please direct any feedback to shop@frankencar.com we will be responding to that email on a timely basis for any customer inquiry.

i've always like your products, they just *used* to take so long to receive. Hopefully its better this time around.

also i bought two different mid pipes from FC and both had finishing blemishes. Hopefully that can be resolved with your new products

we're were having problems with the powdercoater that was doing our pipes, taking forever, we were getting a lot back with blemishes. We are using a new powdercoater now, should have the first batch back next week and he says he'll do a much better job.
