These look pretty good. Sounds like I'll need load resistors for the turn signal bulbs. My question is, how bright are they actually and how good is the viewing angle? I'd like to refit all my external lights with these LED "bulbs" but I want to make sure they will look good and be bright enough. I'm especially concerned about the brake lights.
Anyone got opinions or testimonials on these LED bulbs for the Maxima?

well i heard good things, but i myself have gone through two batches of the 6-led 194 bulbs in my instrument cluster. the first ones had a problem where a couple of the led's on each bulb went out, so i called them and they replaced them. but then it happened again. i didnt bother calling them again, i just put the stock bulbs back in. i am thinking i might give them one more chance, but go with the single led bulbs. i would not buy multi-led bulbs from them again. if i have problems with the singles, i am definitely not buying anymore from them and will tell everyone about it.
they looks sweet, I have a set and I hooked them up and it seemed like a nice bright and saturated look to them, I'm not sure from a distance but up close they seem bright

you could always get the 30 led if you dont think 12 or 18 would be bright enough

and you will need one load resistor per bulb.
Ant
like everybody else said, they're invisible during the day, but great at night...
I saw some once (sorry, I forget where).. that had 12 or whatever facing out, but then had 6 facing back into the socket area. The idea was that they would hit the reflector like a regular light bulb and light up better..
Haven't gotten them yet to find out

If you want wedge leds that light up the whole corner lights or the little circle above the blinker on a 5.5gen these are the ones to get:
There is one big a$$ led in the middle and few at a 90 degree angle. I have them in mine and they look sweet.
