Vanity Plates
I want to get vanity Plates when I register my car monday.
So far, I came up with [FAC ID] (Latin: Just Do It). In the off chance they wont allow it, I want to have a back up. They have the plate available, but They might not allow it.
I need ideas fr back up. cant be anything Nissan or Maxima related..anyone wanna help?

Looks like **** It.
Honestly, I think vanity plates are asking for trouble. The last thing I want is my car getting stolen or scratched up because someone doesn't like my plate, especially some ignorant redneck who thinks you're swearing at him.
How about... "EO" (I am going)

I've had vanity plates for over 10 years now. No trouble whatsoever. There are vanity plates all over the US.

I don't think any of the options listed are good ideas. You need to come up with something that fits on the plate. The stupid abreaviated ones that you can't tell what they say p!ss me off. That is the type that gets you keyed. If you can't think of something good that fully fits on the plate you shouldn't get one just to have one. I got one and it was a no brainer. Mine is Broaner. VQuick's is VQuick.

I once tailgated a couple of hispanic guys in an Integra with the license plate "ASIA", which is just dumb, unless the car was stolen. Then there's a Ferrari I saw parked outside a dentist's office that said "DR BOB", as soon as I read that, I made a snap judgement that the guy was an ******* and that I should take his little 360 Modena was a spin - to show him a lesson. Of course, thanks to my lack of *********, I did nothing.

I like mine because it can make sense to anyone but if you know Nissan cars or the Maxima, you also get the pun about the VQ engine, which we all .
I'm not saying mine is that great a plate, but if you're going to get a vanity plate, don't go half-assed. If you can't come up with a good plate, get a regular one. I always thought it would be cool to get a plate that looked like a regular plate (same format) but had your initials for the three letters, for example, or some inside joke, etc.

I thought about getting RED MAX or MAX-WEL (my son's name is Maxwell) but Oregon raised all of the fees, so I cheaped out and just got the Crater Lake plates with nothing on them.
I also considered VE-POWR and VE-MAX (Oregon only allows 6 digits). I don't know about a Max without a VE engine. Same type of stuff, but with VQ?
I like VQUICK, BTW.

Also, I'd just like to say that I think all these NismoF@g and MaxHomo SN's and plates are way overplayed and cliche. Where has our originality gone?
Red92, I think Max-Wel would be sweet. But how old is your son? You don't want him looking like a daddy's boy when you drop him off in the max. LOL Although I know you drive it much.
