Is that a custom CAI? I'm planning to get a supercharger in the future, and wonder how hard it would be to put a custom CAI in there? Currently, I already have a CAI, so does that mean when I get the supercharger and want a custom CAI, I would need to put a hole on the other side just like my current CAI? Great, one more hole in the car. And couldn't I just reuse the CAI I got now to get that setup?

I want to do the same thing to my car but I am in need of some info. About putting another hole in your car, I don't think you will have to because there is a cut out allready there that is covered by a piece of plastic. I think you whould just have to round of the edges.

Sprint would you mind telling us some more info? I really need some help here.

I would suggest you stop by a custom turbo shop. Get them to weld you up a mandrel bent aluminum piping. They probably would cut the hole for you too. These shops stock tons of pre-fab mandrel bent pipes with different angles and lengths. They can just weld and join these pipes together.

valve cover: take tape and cover the nissan, cut with a razor neatly. paint

cai: custom? somewhat....more like putting a suit on a cai. buy from any auto shop store sleeve cover and use ur imagination. it's like using condoms!

engine to shine like a ****?
sand paper, water, mothers, and a lot of elbow grease!

engine bay to sparkle?
use a tooth brush and clean w/ soap n water
silicone spray to make it shine

zip tape and loom to finish the job!

the after feeling?

priceless!

p.s those terminals on the red optima are only custom made for my car and anthony's car. I had to bribe the guy so that anthony can have a pair too!....j/k

hahhahahahha.....they are made by pg and are had as hell to get your hands on and install but real beauties!!!!bling bling

Yo 1Hot --

Looks great.

You never answered my question about the strobes. What do you mean when you say:

"2 box brain/ 8 strobes"

Do you have 2 power supplies and one switch? 2 power supplies and two switches?

just wondering.

1hotmax is too shy to answer, so I'll just answer for him. This is what he told me:
It's one switch that controls the two boxes. One box for the front, one box for the rear.

If you really want to get his attention, just make an "Attn: 1hotmax" post in the NE forum.

Why do that? Why not just get an 8-head power supply? The wiring must be weird. It's not making sense to me...

reason

if you have 1 brain that runs all 8, you have one boring pattern. if you have 2 brains, you can alternate patterns and it looks better! also you can trick out your system into 16 strobes and it will look like you have 4 brains!
if you ask anyone who has seen my strobes, it's like a forth of july fire show!!!! brighter than nypd's

Ah. Makes sense, for the varying patterns. There are some power supplies where you can play with it, but I'm sure with two it's better.

What wattage are your power supplies? Where are the bulbs installed?
