How to fill holes after debadging?

Can anyone give me some advice for filling the two holes left in my trunk after I debadged it? Would bodyfiller, sand, paint work? What kind of paint?

I though all our emblems were glued on

They are, but there are two pins on the back for alignment.

hmm didnt know that about 5th gens. A body shop will do a really nice job for under $300
