Really stupid question (CAI)

You have been warned, guys, this is 12 I.Q. material. I don't think anybody ever brought it up, but would it be beneficial to put a medium-sized fan right in front of the CAI filter in the fender? Mine is a Cattman, dilled a hole, located in the fender (97-99 style bumper, no foglights).

My excuse: It's 2 A.M...

I don't see how it would help. Since the air has to travel such a long distance from the fender by the time it got to the TB, whatever air speed the fan created would lose all it's velocity and the temp of the air would go up as well.

Take a small fan, hook it up to a second fan. Put the second fan into the exhaust stream so when the high velocity exhaust leaves your engine, it'll power the first fan too.
