bad day, bad *%^&*en day for 2 damax, some chik hits me and runs
You really can't just run out after someone because they hit your car. If someone accidentally bumped into while you were walking down the street, would you shoot them?
Now, I feel like I need to arm up if there are such crazies out there who would rather beat than do things the civilized way.

Frank... I think the point with the instruction to stop and failure to comply is that some people may have understood and filed grievances because of it.
Here in the Army, they have a regulation (AR 600-20 Army Command Policy) that specifically states the "working" language of the Army is English. However, that does not preclude one from using another language for PERSONAL reasons. So an example of this is if I were in a formation and I spoke only in Polish to tell my Polish soldiers what the schedule for tomorrow is... a real example is a supervisor in another platoon that gave orders in Spanish to hispanic soldiers during operations... the rest of the non-spanish speaking soldiers could not understand what was going on, so this supervisor was, in fact, in direct violation of policy.
Now, if I were to ask the Polish soldiers how their weekend was, etc. that would not violate policy. But derogatory comments, regardless, are unprofessional.
Ever heard of a band called SoD? They have a song - "speak English or die" lol

There are a lot of interpretations of Title VII, many of them wrong. For example, obesity is not protected by Title VII, nor is bad attitude or green hair.
My opinion is that people can communicate in any language that they wish, but we know in reality sometimes there are some who like to talk over others' heads or in gibberish because dumbing it down is cool. To each his own.
With China on track to be the world superpower, and all the business dollars to be earned there, that's a good language to know imho. Who knows, maybe Russian will be a good one as well based on population. Ditto with English.

If she where a real DECENT person, regardless of the a$$whopping she would have received from this big guy banishing a life altering weapon, she should have stuck around...
Sorry to hear about that 2D. I saw you off distance I think a day or two before that happened in Elmont too. And the whip was looking nice. Hope that everything works out and that you're able to get it repaired. Hit me up if there's anything I can do man.
