I heard about this from someone. Seems like the calipers dont compress and decompress as usual. At normal speeds when driving straight I have this loud, high pitched squealing. Its coming from the right hand side. As I make a turn, or brake, the squealing ceases. How can I diagnose this. And how much for a rebuild caliper? Thanks

 

I had that same prob, guys at Nissan said caliper was leaking and thus causing the bad compression/decompression!! I'm not sure on the prices for a rebuild kit, but I got a cheap/affordable set of loaded calipers from carparts.com for $130 and popped them on in an afternoon rather than the $650 NIssan wanted. they should last me till this summer I'm hoping and I can get my Axxis pads. you stil trying to get the car ready to sell?
