Also added a tranny cooler (Hayden 404). The whole project took about 3 hours. It was late and raining like hell when we finished, but the short ride I took around my neighborhood was enough to convince me that this mod is the best bang for the buck if you have an auto tranny.

Many thanks to Don for answering my many questions and putting up with my procrastination. Thanks also to JeffO for helping me with the install.

Be sure to check out the group deal Don is offering on the Group Deal BBS. His best price is about half of what Level10 asks for the same mod.

I'll be giving the car a thorough workout tomorrow. If you are in NJ, look for a green streak on routes 287 & 78. I'll post further impressions and some pics I took during the install tomorrow evening.

Take it easy on the tranny Jim... you don't want to break anything.

Break your VB/tranny. Don suggests taking it easy on the car for a few days to a week.

First I've heard about it. Yea, I'll try and make it there.

Don is offering a special price on it right now. Go to the Group Deal forum.

I've signed up for the group deal, guys!
Thanks for the photos also!
I'd like to know just how hard/easy this install is if I do it by myself without any help.

Congrats!

Does anyone else have an SC with VB? I assume it can take it...especially if Don's car can take it.

CoolMax, I've read someone's webpage that had a used V1 SC that the VB mod goes well with the SC, in fact its recommended. I've got the SC and I've been waiting until the price was right to get it.
