Okay, on a 95-96, the frint bumper has those black inset pieces where the license plate mounts to. I just cut slits in between the painted bumper cover and the black plastic thats behind the grill. In other words, where the license plate goes, the black part in the holes of the bumper. If you look at the front of your car, if its a 95-96, you will see what I'm taking about. There's a little black piece of plastic thats attached to the bumper. I just cut slits into them, right where they attach to the bumper, and when I was cutting out the metal grill, I cut little "tabs" that fit into the slits. I got the grill to match by cutting a piece of cardboard and trimming it to the size of the holes. If you try it with the metal, it will scratch the paint off the bumper. I just had some old cardboard boxes and started cutting so that the cardboard fit inside of the area that I wanted to grill to be, then made marks on the cardboard where the tabs needed to be. Then, I set the grill on top of it and trimmed the metal so that it was the same shape. That was basically it. I didn't take off the bumper and I did it from the front of the car. It stays in by tension. I haven't experienced it ever falling out, just on the bottom it is starting to sag. Next time I am going to take off the bumper cover completely and cut those black plastic things completely off, then I'm going to fiberglass the mesh onto it permanently. Hope that helps.
