Hi guys!

I had shipped my car out to Stillen 2 weeks ago. They removed my SC and installed a 3.48 pulley which they machined and increased the boost to 8.18 lbs. After road testing it they had it flat bedded down to JWT in San Diego where they are writing a custom program and doing the fine tuning.I'll be flying out soon to pick up the car and drive it back to Cleve. Then,I'll have to drive back to Level 10 for the final tranny tuning and updating. Also they will be installing a black box with buttons so I can manually go thru the gears. It will have a switch to go back to full automatic if need be.
In Cleve,I'll also have the 300zxtt hood louvers installed and then I'll be ready to take the car to Norwalk drag strip and see what it will do in the 1/4 mile!! I will be getting a set of 245 street slicks to make sure I get a good start.
I have no idea what it will do but I'm hoping a good reaction time will get me in the low 13's

I'll believe it when I see it.....

I would suggest having JWT test the car before programming. This way Stillen can't blame someone else. BTW, was the grinding of the pulley the problem?

Hey Brett, how are you?

Yes, Ultimate Z did grind the wrong side of the pulley. I guess they just made an honest mistake like a lot of the garages seem to be doing.

Damn I would love to see your car.

When are you planning on going back to L10? Maybe we could meet up there?

Are you sure Stillen is giving you a 3.48 pulley? I think that's the stock size for 8psi I think you need a 3.25 pulley.

Nice mods. Why did you move your battery to the trunk...?

Battery

I put the battery in the trunk to get more useable room under the hood.
