I was taking the foglight mount off and broke the head of the bolt. How do I fix this so I can put the foglights on again.

 

anyway ,you gotta drill into to piece thats stuck and it will either break and crumble out or once youve got that hole ,screw it out with needlenose pliers...

 

93SE is correct. You might want to take the car up to a service station and have them do it. I would guess that they would charge $10-15. They probably see that stuff pretty often. I am guessing that it would take them 1/8 the time it would take you to get the broken part out. Good luck.
