I am posting this concerning advertising referrals for Maxima.org and the potential for YOU to make some extra cash in the process -- up to $100! Here's how the Maxima.org Advertising Referral Program operates and how YOU collect your cash!:

GETTING THE LEAD
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's say that you know someone who owns a business that might want
to run a banner advertisement package on Maxima.org. The business
could be Maxima-related or could be completely unrelated. Contact
the business and tell them about Maxima.org and the advertising
possibilities.

<UL>
<LI>You'll want to tell them that we're currently experiencing
traffic in the range of anywhere from 12,000 to 20,000 total
advertisement views PER DAY!

<LI>Let them know that Maxima.org has been linked directly from Nissan
USA's Maxima site!

<LI>Tell them about the focused-market opportunity of reaching
thousands of visitors per month with their advertisement.

<LI>Inform them that major magazine advertisments cost HUNDREDS
of dollars more per month than an advertisement on Maxima.org!

<LI>Tell them that we have packages of advertisements in blocks of
10000, 30000, 50000, and 70000 views that can be purchased.

CLOSING THE DEAL
-------------------------------------------------------------------

So now what do you do now that you've piqued their curiosity? How
does your fee come into play here? Where's the money?!

Okay, okay. Here's what needs to happen: ask the business you are
referring to contact us at advertising@maxima.org with the following
information:

<LI>Business Name
<LI>Business contact name
<LI>Address
<LI>Telephone number
<LI>Business e-mail address
<LI>Referrer's name and e-mail address
</UL>
Note: Advertisers should contact Maxima.org directly. Any email
sent from referrers with this information will not be considered for
the referral fee. Advertisers MUST contact Maxima.org directly in
order for a referral fee to be awarded. If the business does not
have e-mail, please have them send this information on company
letterhead to Maxima.org at the address at the end of this e-mail.
Maxima.org will contact the business you are referring, make contact,
and follow up on the lead.

If the business chooses to advertise on Maxima.org with an
advertisement package consisting of 30,000 views or greater, you
will be awarded a referral fee upon signing of the advertising
contract. Referral fees will be awarded based on the number of
views purchased as seen below:

10,000 views : no referral fee awarded
30,000 views : $50 referral fee awarded
50,000 views : $75 referral fee awarded
70,000 views : $100 referral fee awarded

Remember, a "view" is defined as a single display of a banner ad
to a user on a web page.

DETAILS AND STIPULATIONS
-------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Referral fees will not be awarded for current Maxima.org
advertising customers or those companies which have previously
advertised on Maxima.org. Referral fees will only be awarded
once and repeat business customers will not generate referral
fees being awarded.

2. Only one referral fee will be awarded per "location" of a
company. A "location" is defined as a branch or instance of a
particular corporation. For instance: multiple Nissan
dealerships could advertise and have referral fees associated
with them individually. Corporations without separate
"locations" will be considered a location for the purposes of
any referral fees.

3. Referral fees will be awarded on a "first come - first serve"
basis. This means that the first person to get a location to
contact Maxima.org will considered the "primary referrer" and
will be eligible for any referral fees.

4. Employees of a business location are not eligible to receive
a referral fee for referral of that location to Maxima.org.

5. Referral fees will be paid out upon signing of advertising
contract.
