I'm doing my springs right now and so far i have broken THREE 17MM SOCKET, A socket adapter, and a BOX END WRENCH 17mm. i'm waiting for my friend who i just called to bring me a new one from napa, i have no more at my house. i got the fronts done though and they look good as hell, now i just need the backs. This is hard but worth it!

Use Craftsmen tools only. Those baby's never break and if they do it does not matter because they are warrantied for ever. Have fun! I have to do mine again next week

Use a six sided socket. Get a good craftsman one.

A "purist" will tell you Craftsman tools aren't THAT great, but for the money (when they're on sale), you can't beat one of their tool sets. Plus, if you break any of them, you go to the store and get another.

That's just too convenient to recommend any other tool brand for "beer-budget", "champagne-taste" guys like myself......

THEY were craftsman tools and i will go to sears tomorrow, i know about the warranty. I'm ****ed too, i can't get the rear shock back up so that i can bolt it to the mount again, HELP.
