OK i got the new spring on the rear shock and now i can't even get the shock hole CLOSE to the mount. WHAT DO I DO TO MAKE IT FIT, it's getting dark and i'm pretty well screwed!
If Medics right then ignore my post. What I think happend is when you put your shocks/springs on your Strut tower mount thingies you threw it out of allighnement. The best way to get it back into alighnment is to twist the top of your suspention{the ST thingy} back into place. It's been a while but I believe there is only 3 possible combinations, one of them is correct and the other two a wrong.

I know
I know what you are talking about and i fixed that, i figured out that you need to turn it. But I had the car jacked up by the rear axle so the distance between the whole were the shock goes and the mount was small. i put the axle on jack stands and then jacked it up by the spare tire well and it open up the distance and went right in. now i just stripped the last bolt on the other side. car looks funny, three lowered corners!
