Strut bars are the exact same as name brands besides the name. I got my FSTB from ebay and im VERY pleased with it in the twisties.

most of them work, but "ebay" bars are all different. Many have fitment problems, others are just too soft to be effective. I got OTTO because many people reported it's effectiveness, even those who had ebay bars before. It's also an exact copy of Stillen bar but costs only $60 - 70.

I got one a few weeks ago that fits and functions perfectly and looks good. $26 shipped. There's absolutely no need to pay a lot for one - if it's a rigid piece of metal and it fits properly, it will work as good as any other. If you want a certain look or name on it, pay the higher price.

Check out my old "research" thread which basically traces every step I took to chose the best FSTB: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=429840
(post # 18 is the most important)

and no I did not get OTTO because I wanted certain looks.

I also picked up the OTTO bar after positive reports from other people. however, on ebay it can be had for less than $30.
