I'm attempting to centralize in one thread all the problems you've had in installing and maintaining your Y-pipe. I'd like to restrict the discussion to the following:

(1) Installation problems.
(2) Smog certification problems.
(3) Warranty problems.
(3) Noise problems OTHER THAN BEES-IN-A-CAN. (We've already covered the bees issue.)
(4) Check Engine Light problems.

If you indicate that you've had a problem, let us know what you did to fix it or post a link to the thread where you discussed it.

No problems on the 2nd y-pipe from Stillen, but the 1st one was returned because of fitment problems.

I hope people don't think I/you are talking to my/yourself because of my/your screen name.

Stillen Y-pipe = no problems for me. I've had it for 2 years now. No leaks or no rattles. It's also been through 2 harsh and salty KC winters.

Let me see if I've got this right. Only nine people have voted so far. Does that mean that only nine people have installed Y-pipes in their Maximas?

Come on everybody. Let's get out the vote!
