cracked fast cam bolt

cracked fast cam bolt

fast cam bolts are a cheap solution to adjust camber. key word cheap. was putting the summer wheels back on and this is what i found. tomorow making a trip to sears to get some hardened bolts and install the camber plates.

On the right side, where the little tab is at, there is suppose to be a hex bolt head.

OK, so the hex is gone, the bolt is still very securly in place. I'd just leave it alone until the next time you need to align your front end.

Please tell me how that is "very securely in place" ?!?!?!
it's just like sticking a fasking bolt through the strut and not putting a nut on the other end! there's NOTHING holding that in place except for rust!
