CA Relo - Maxima

Offered a job in CA - Sacramento. I know houses out there are outrageous compared to Iowa.

Have a 2300 sq ft house here on 1/3 acre in desireable are and its worth $260? I know out there Im looking at 600K-1 mill.

If I made $125K in IA what would I need in CA to be even or come out ahead? Assuming Relo is all paid, etc...

Struggling here as I have a wife and little kiddies to think about....

What about cars and Maxima? Can I bring them to CA or do I need to sell and buy there due ot emissions? Its stock.

Check out craigslist for a general idea of real estate prices.

When we lived out there, if you brought in a vehicle from out of state, they charge you $300 minimum fee per vehicle.

But my folks bought a house out there 3 years ago. Spent $300,000 for it and now it's worth close to 1 mill......

Ups and downs.....

I do love SC more than Cally. Even though I was born and raised there.....

If you are making 125 per year and struggling in Iowa, you will have alot more problems in Ca.

Here you go.
Go to my website www.YourSolutionsTeam.com
Click on Buyer link
Click on Resource Center
Scroll down to City Information, at the bottom click on Salary Comparison Calculator and that will help you find housing and salary comparisons.
Also if you need a realtor there I can refer you to a good realtor in the area and also more than likely it won't cost you anything else additional.
Just let me know.
