umm...

Dude are you in the right place?

1. what exactly does a labra do?

2. I don't think plastic wrap makes a good temporary anything, much less a labra.

3. So you don't want to buy a labra because you've had bad luck with them? Well, I say you should stay away from those labras!

Good luck finding your temporary labra, and may your permanent labra make a speedy recovery.

you don't want to use food wrap, it won't stop anything... will kill your paint when it traps moisture. To do it right, www.stongard.com.

LeBra... or regular bra, to me is worthless mainly because you have to take it on and off... you can't just leave it on. I've got stongard on my S2000 and it's great.

ohhhhhh, Le Bra!!

Now I get it.

You could try driving in reverse everywhere you go!

Seriously, I just put on my new Colgan nose mask ("labra"), and it's super-awesome. It covers more of the hood, has mesh over the grill, and fits waaaay better than the OEM one Nissan sold me a year ago for $120 + tax. This one only cost $99 w/ free shipping. The only bad thing is it has the Colgan emblem embossed on the lower driver side.

If anyone's interested, I'll post pix and a link to the e-tailer when I get home today.

yeah, I got it after Shing's post...

If it's just a temporary cover, it's worth a try...

1. Make sure you leave the upper & lower grilles uncovered, you don't wanna overheat do you?

2. People may laugh at your car when they see a beautiful Maxima with plastic wrap all over it. I'm just saying "be prepared".

3. It won't stop any real road debris, but might help with the bug guts.
