Possible bent wheel?

I am getting this terrible vibration through the steering wheel at around 70 mph ever since I put these wheels on. I have balanced the hell out of the tires and rotated the tires around as well.
I noticed some road rash on two of the wheels as well.

What is the worst that can happen from a bent rim?

if the rim is bent, as siginficiantly, then you need a new rim. But since you said a rash, it doesn't really affect it much, how many miles did you put on the tires, since tires usually are the one that is about to blow. again, you have to check the tire speed rating. since if you have a tire rating of letter H or higher, then you can go over 75 but if it's under, that's probably why you getting vibration.

One or more of your tires may out of round...They will balance out on the machine, but will ride like you have a egg for a tire..

Have the tire shop dismount the tires, then put the wheels on the balancing machine to see if they balance out...

I had the same tires on my previous wheels and could cruise at 95 all day without any problem. they have about 5k on them.

wouldn't this cause visible uneven wear as well?

So if the wheel itself is out of balance on the machine then it is definately bent?

They're on both sets of my aftermarket rims, but I'm not sure how much they do, because when you think about it, when you line up the studs through the holes, there is play...then I suppose that play in in a circle.

I have visible damage to one rim and was thinking about checking this place out, it's the cheapest I could find...

Yes...you will definitely be able to tell if the rims is bent like this. When I got my rims, all 4 were bent. I got them fixed and now theyre perfect.

Not always...An out of round condition on a tire is hard to spot just by looking at it...I have seen several tires look fine to the eye,but when it was put of the balancer you could see the wobble....
