New Injector
Been getting an 0605 code. checked the resistance of both coil packs and injectors. coil pack was fine, injector was dead.
just bought this injector. http://oem.thepartsbin.com/parts/the...jector&dp=true

i also bought o rings. is that all i need? i have been hearing about pintel caps or something...

I just replaced my rear injectors on my 95. There are 2 o-rings for each injector. Be prepaired to use vice grips on the cap screws. Also Use a vice grip to pull out the old injectors. Put them in the same way they came out. Look in the port for any obvious signs of failure. As for me the plastic cap on the bottem of the injector fell apart. Use very light oil on the new seals. Don't force them in by hand use the caps to push them in. Tighten the cap evenly on both sides to assure the injector is going in nice and even. I would also suggest replacing the intake, TB and EGR gasket. My intake manifold has been off 3x already. All of the gaskets were replaced this round because its the last time the manifold is coming off.
Oh I had a misfire Cylinder #5 which is in the rear. Once I tested for spark, and ran propane into the engine while running I knew it was a fuel problem. Tested the injector came up bad. I replaced all 3 because again the hardest 3 are under the intake. I would replace all 3 IF yours is in the back of the engine.
