I am just curious what people invested in their cars. Mods only!

 

Personally I really don't think its worth putting more then about 5-6K into a 25K car(not like i have that much money in the 1st place). If you get to where you're putting close to half the car's value in mods, you really should ask yourself if you bought the right car in the 1st place. I mean I think I would take an fully blown modded max over a stock BMW 330, but still just doesn't seem worth it to put too much money into this car.

 

I take pride in every dollar I spend on my car. Pretty much everything I've done to my car, I've done myself. With the exception of the tranny work i'll have done by a dealership (yes, a dealership, and I'm getting a good price cause I know them), I've installed almost everything. I give a lot more "props" to someone who invested their time, blood, effort, and money into a car they love to drive, rather than a snot who just goes and buys a Camero, or an M3.

Plus in my opinion, I'm going to for Uniqueness. All in All, there aren't that many hooked up Max's across the country.

 

Ive spent about 27k since buying my 2k maxima new in sep of 99 I drive it everyday i have about 28k miles on it. Why spend so much? Nobody can say they have what I have.
