On the side of the car under the kit I have a 2x4, usually leave it there for lifting up the car but incase of something it can be used as a weapon. In the back of my bumper mounted on the frame I have a CB radio unit.

Incase I cant get to anything right away In my door pocket I have a 7 inch knife to cut rope

Oh yeah I also have a steel chain with a on it lock under the intake where the knock sensor is for those moments your looking under your hood and need something.

good lord, what kind of neighborhood do you live in.

has anyone tried this jack before...http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/produ...id=00950280000, it's very compact and it would be great for emergencies. is it better than the traditional floor "L" type jacks, factory jack, or about the same. can these hydraulic jacks hold up the car pretty well without it tipping over? oh yeah so far in my max im carrying

- 53 peice mechanic craftsman tool set
- paper towels
- flashlight
- plastic bags
- jumpstart system
- jumper cables
- wrenches...plus more essential items to come

Probably because no one carries it since it screws up your tire and is a disgusting mess to clean up inside the wheel.
