I was talking cars last night with a friend and he proceeded to tell me that there are turbo kits out there for the Max. I told him that I haven't heard of any and that all the Max's I know are Supercharged with the Stillen kit. He said that Stillen has a good kit. I told him it's the only kit. He then said "sure there are turbo Max's around and if they have 300zx turbos then there are Max turbo's. You could even take a Mitsubishi turbo and hook it up." I told him no. So please tell me I'm right. Or am I seriously mistaken?

Are there any turbo Max's? (without any major engine swapping)

 

All Turbocharged 4th gens are Custom done... plain and simple. There is at least one turbo 4th gen on this forum...look for him, turbo95max. 300ZX turbo's mean absolutely nothing as far as 4th gens go, they are a totally different motor. Z's use similiar motors to the 3rd gens. Tell your friend to do a little more research. JWT does have a turbo Max as well, but you will most likely never see it as a kit, released for sale to the general public.
