I recently installed a Place racing CAI intake in my car and everything was running smoothly. Most recently...i have been hearing a squeaking noise when i step on my accelerator. When I take my foot off the accelerator, the squeaking stops. The sound comes from where my K&N Filter is. Is this a common sound for the CAI? I know that the hissing sound is. Please let me know. Thank you!

it wistles.. squeaks.. it does it all.. what you should do is [DBM] have a friend drive the car and just run along side it to see where the sound is coming from [/DBM] more than likely its the CAI

Sprint...thank you for the information...so what you are saying, is that the squeaking is common for the CAI? If so, I understand. I know the sound is coming from the CAI. I was just wondering if it is normal, or if something is wrong with it...
