Are neons under the car as in fast and fur legal in new york anyway also ya guys see the lights on your hood the windshield nossle lighhts how bout them what and what is legal and where can you find it out ? thanks

 

Last I remembered, neons under the car are not legal if you are driving. But if you're parked somewhere, it's ok... I think.

Best thing to do... go to your local police station and ask.
