OEM remote not working..HELP!!!

My sister has a 95 max that I can't seem to figure out.All her remotes no longer work. The one that she uses on a regular basis last week stopped working. Then she tried the other one and that too doesn't work.I tried to reprogram the remotes but still no luck.I haven't tried new batteries but I seriously don't think that all the batteries could go bad.But then again, her reserve remote she never uses until this one went bad.I checked all the fuses and they are fine. The only fuse that I couldn't check was the one on the passenger side in the engine bay that looks to be a relay(black cube) that is for the alarm system.Could this be the problem?Any ideas?

i had the same problem with my remotes. i just unplugged the unit that is located in the trunk where the jack is. i left it unplugged for like 30 seconds....reconnected it and it worked fine after that.

im not sure what the box is called but i know it controls the keyless entry in the maxima.

hopefully someone else can chime in....

I tried that and it didn't work.Am I suppose to reprogram the remotes once that unit is plugged back in?

^ That's what I'd do. If reprogramming didn't work, I'd take a closer look at the alarm brain itself.

Speaking of which, my alarm has been acting funny this week... It's armed itself twice on me and panicked once... Everyone in my house thinks I'm pressing on the remote, which is possible, but 3 times in a few days? That's too frequent...
