Looks good Ryan! Glad you like the front spoiler. Now, all you need is a SMX grill.

Looks real good, nice job. Ever consider blacking out the chrome trim and door handles for the all-black look? I think it would look tight, just a clone of ny96maxse... that's cool, you guys live far apart.

Eeeeeeew! SMX grill?

Keep the stock grill, but get rid of the Nissan logo. Much better!

Looks good!

Well, for 95-96 Maximas, we don't have much of a choice. I don't think you can just simply remove the Nissan emblem. If you remove the emblem, there still would be the backing that is left, it's hard to describe. 95-96 owners know what I'm talking about.

more..

well actually its dark green.. and i need to do something about the grill.... like the mesh or the smx grill. I did the tail lights... they arent perfect but they are close. Considering i bought the clears for 50 dollars and the paint cost 3...im not complaining
you can kinda tell from this pic... ill try to take a closer one of them to show you... they are slightly deeper red than the factory (one too many coats)

wide is the STILLEN front lip in inches?

2",3",2.5"?

anyone know? I'm asking here instead of starting a new thread since we are talking about his car with a lip on it...

well.... i bought the wing from Ming (AKA MAC) for a 150 dollars...which isnt that bad for a OEM wing. that was 130 painted and installed. you can get an aftermarket wing for 100 ..but expect at least 70 to have it painted and i would recommend you have someone install it.

yeah ..its emerald green.... speaking of his car, it seems like he had only the front lip and sides skirts..... i was thinking of doing the same thing..since i dont have the money for the whole kit..... what do you guys think

Who installed the wing for you and what did you do about the factory 3rd brake light?

i guess you know the car then...he didn't post much..umm yeah he had the lip and side skirts...for the rear he had the mudguards painted the emerald green as well...looked pretty hot IMO esp. with the greddy back there...i don't like the stillen rear...it only covers about 1/4 to 1/2 of the back part of the bumper...

Yeah -- the insert was what I was talking about - wonder how much that goes for.

what paint code is black emerald?

Nice car...my name is Ryan too and my car is pretty similar...I was wondering what your paint code is? Mine is DJ2 and I was under the impression it was "Deep Evergreen" but lately Ive been seeing similar cars and the owners talking about "Black Emerald"..

Does anyone have a list of paint codes and their official names? I've tried the search but no luck..

I'm about to get my front lip painted this week too...How much should I expect to pay?

I got mine for $29.00 from the local Nissan dealership. Ryan and I got our cars done at the same shop at the same time. I got an OEM style spoiler put on too and then took out the 3rd brake light and bought that plate.

The part number for the charcoal plate is:
999M1-8J004 (CHMSL Cover)

The part number for the beige plate is:
999M1-8J003 (CHMSL Cover)

I got the beige plate for my 97 but I think the part number is from a 99. It fits but I might make a slight adjustment to make it more snug. Hope that helps.

BTW Ryan, looks good. You can see mine at the next meet.

So it's black emerald, up until now I was under the impression it was "Deep Evergreen". Different people say different things..

whats up bro how you been?? Yeah i actually ordered the rest of my kit this week. I should have it by this thursday. Cost me $520 for the side/rear pieces and another $350 for paint/install. I mean considering i only paid $190 for a brand new lip, thats not too bad. But if your interested i can ask my guy to get them for you too!
