2 row vs 1 row radiator

Currently I have the stock radiator on my 97. During normal driving the temp on my auterra would read 180 degrees F. If I do hard runs the temp goes up to about 190 to 192 F. There's a couple of things I'm looking at. 1st is thermal efficiency and 2nd is weight? I'm staying All motor and don't want to add more weight. However, for track conditions will a 2 row aluminum radiator help to keep the temps down enough to offset the increase in weight? Has anyone ever logged in temperatures for aftermarket radiators?
