I was woundering if it would be functional to buy the Eibach lowering springs that lower the car 1.5" in the front and 1.3" in the back.
You'd use the front springs on the back and vice versa.
Thus, you'd lower the car 1.3" in the front and 1.5" in the back.
Then you could buy (2) 18" wheels for the back to go with the front 16" stock wheels.
It obviously would be only for looks. It would look cool on the highway to see the back end of the car look higher up but with less room in the wheel base.

is it impossible...
to swicth the springs the front are larger in diameter than the back and the front are larger for more weight capacity to hold the front of the car up(engine) heavy....

now this would be very ugly unlees you will use it for the track only.....

Yes but im guessing that the rims that he had were all the same all around, not stock in the front and replacments in the back. 16' stock and an 18' rims would look really crazy, and kinda odd, would recomend that ya save up and get the same size all around. and you might have heard of some cars coming stock with smaller rims in front than in back but the company has done that for a reason. and all comanys that have diff. rim size will only offset the size by one inch cause it is not very notciable, if you had a two inch wheel difference will look a little odd.

Hmmmm
im gonna trash my eibachs and put Sprints up front to drop it 2" and then throw a lift kit in the rear and squeeze some dragster drag radials back there...yeah
anyhoo...no you can't switch the springs as for the mentioned reasons...different diameter etc. and whatever floats your boat with the wheels

there awesome cars, have to respect them, i had one as my first car, but it was a bad used car pick though, but either way it was fun while it lasted. they are sweet cars, fast, comfort and dont forget about the good looks.
Smaller wheels on the front and biger wheels on the back have been dun. Most times it's dun on rearwheel drive cars. Also most people do 17" front 18" REAR or at least no more than 1" difference between the front and rear. To do it most people use coilovers. No the eibachs are not ment to be switched front and rear.

I don't know if or why the abs would kick in but it woun't surprise me. Really it shouln't be dun on a fwd car. Most dealers don't want you to mod the car at all. Why? cuz most people don't know what there doing and most dealers don't either. Luckily my dealer loves me and my car. And always can't wait for the next mod.
i have done this to my car. only because i haven't bought the 2 front tires (i have 4 rims but only 2 tires) and i was bored so i put them on. i am broke right now so i can't get the front tires and plus i am too lazy to put the stock back on the rear. i really don't consider this a mod and plus it looks retarded but i am too lazy and poor so i guess i am retarded too for having it like that.
Why to Euros always do this!! I have one car with larger wheels in the back, but guess what, its Rear Wheel Drive. This is done for traction. I think its pretty silly looking if not down right stupid on a FWD car like a Maxima.
I see this new trend around here is two large after market wheels in the back and two stock or spare tire rims on the front! UGHH!! whats the world coming to.
