It was 7:30am Saturday morning and I was in the line with 100 other import cars trying to get into NIRA/MIR. I paid my $50 for the show/one passenger. Damn...these events are more and more expensive these days. As I drove slowly through the pit area, a golf car with 2 guys with NIRA official shirts were just sitting there watching all these show cars rolled by. One guy looks familiar...it was Craig Lieberman. The owner of the Supra and the Maxima of "The Fast and The Furious". He yelled out "Nice Maxima" and I just smiled and reply back "Thanks". I don't think anyone else knew who he was. I took home the "Best Nissan" award and maybe I'll get my name in Superstreet again.

I would have pretended I didn't know who he was and said it the car from the fast and the furious: please don't take any pictures.
