Hey! I'm a machinist who's currently brain storming for ideas for stuff (Machined goods) you want but can not find! I was considering producing parts on a demand basis, on what people want. These items would generaly have to be cosmetic items. Due to the high cost of research and development that comes with mechanical items, I'm not prepared for. So give me some ideas.

Good idea, I felt the same way

A friend and I designed and created custom camber plates for the 3rd gens. I can understand the reluctance of some buying the plates for $270 delivered to their door. Check my homepage for pics of the plates and the production process. Later

Nice equipment! Nice part!Do you mass produce this part? Cnc machining is a wonderful thing, isn't it? But as you well know it takes time and effort. Thats why I want to make parts to compinsate time not realy for profit. I realy would like to make something people want. It realy helps to feed into the INTHUSIUM of it all!

i would like custom head gaskets made. Top hats for the front and rear suspension pieces that can increase suspension travel, and a bracket for stock calipers to use bigger rotors. Prolly not much people want head gaskets but i want them REALLY bad

I think head gaskets are classified under "mechanical". The rear suspension setup your talking about does sound interesting though.

Motivitional Enginnering already makes rear top hats that increase suspension travel by about 1/2" What im more interested in is the Fronts cause i need more travel in the front.

No we are not planning on mass production, basically on demand need. We might do 2-3 sets at a time, but that's about it. Well it's definately going to take time, maybe after the first 3 sets are sold the news will spread faster. Who knows?
