our 95 SE w/ bose stereo has this light annoying static sound even when the volume is all the way down. it only happens when its early morning, very humid outside or after it just rained. i was wondering if there is anything i can do about it.

 

I have the same problem with my 98 SE. But it appears to be limited to a couple of radio stations in the 100Mhz to 101MHz and 93Mhz to 94 MHz frequency bands. CD and tape are fine though. Go figure.

 

i get static with either the tape, cd or radio even if the volume is turned all the way down. i think moisture is getting inside somehow..i have no clue how to fix it.
