Hey Guys/Gals!

Do you think its possible to somehow put the Knight Rider "redlight-scanner-thingy" on a Maxima? I know there are companies that sell that to put on Trans-Ams. I was wondering if anyone could photoshop one on a Max?

Is there anything we can do to a Black Maxima to make it look a little like KITT from Knight Rider.

BTW I'm an ardent Knight Rider fan, ever since I was 6 years old. That's wat got me into cars.

 

are you talking about that thing where the light went back and forth on the dash? If so you're in luck..local customizing shop here has those, they are supposed to scare people thinking you have an alarm. About $20-$30 and you can fulfill your childhood dreams.

I've seen a guy with an Altima that took a 14" red light and placed it in his grill. Then he wired it up to a control switch in his dash. He turns the switch on and the a red light goes back and forth just like in night rider. He also has a speed switch where he can control the speed of the red light. He bought it from JC Whitney catalog.

cuz my driver door sensor was broken and the whole time it'd say "driver door is ajar" ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
i had to shut it off everytime i turned on the car..

I was thinking to come up with one that that will display text. Others will be able to look at it from the front and be able to read it, and more importantly it could show the words backwards so you can point it to the rearview mirror in the car in front of you. So lets say that a slow driver is in front of you in the fast lane, you can type in any message, and it will grab his/her attention on his/her mirror displaying the message or symbol for that matter.

 

has that blue, thin strip that goes across the windshield. that lets u know you have an alarm.

 

you can get them at any stereo/rice shop.
