Acura folks keep on insisting that the TL-S is more roomy. I test drove one a few weeks ago and do not notice much of a difference. They also say the Max cost more, which isn't the case. Lastly, they say Max have an ugly butt. IMO it is an aquired taste, and with the spoiler it looks good. I think that is better than 'blah', that being bland.
