Hell ya now all we need is a specific place for all of us to park! I am going to Atlanta to register and get some extra info for us, I will see if they can get us a certain spot or if we should just make one.

Just so you all know, for a two day ticket it is $40 bucks, it is $65 to enter, if you do it by September 1st, after that it is $80, however if you enter that gets you and a guest, girlfriend or whatever in as well. So it is really cheaper if you are taking yourself and another person to the show.

I'm already entered. Wanted to see this thing for years now. I was wondering how many cars you need to have to register as a club?
Chris If you're not entering but cruising down with me and Tony and his posse you can ride in to the show with me and get out of the admission charge! Don't forget to make your ressie at our motel.

I'll be going down with my crew.
It's a small crew. There will be a total of 3 or 4 cars. I believe Chris and Brian are caravan down with me. We'll probably meet up with Matt and the other Brian somewhere in NC. Most of us are staying at Days Inn. The show will be pretty competitive this year. I believe Paul with the two tone max, John Marr with Lexus taillights, Rich with yellow/skyline taillight max and Ming (MAC) will all be there. I'll be lucky to go home with a trophy Maybe all the big dogs will get stuck in the Wild class. My car should be in the Mild or Conservative class.

I will be competing...
Hopefully we will be able to all park together at the show. I will be there representing the 5th gen max's. I will be coming in from the west with the tour 2001 so keep me posted on where to meet up for the show, or if we are going to have a reserved section to park together. Also where are all of you staying friday and saturday night? (which hotel)

Re: I'll be going down with my crew.
Is there a wild Maxima class? Before there wasn't. Tony, your car is definitely not conservative. I'll be there, hopefully I'll take home a trophy. So much competition now though.

My car is still in the paint shop, the current update is that the moldings are gone, and the trunk keyhole will be gone tomorrow, the car has already been wetsanded. By Sunday it should be ready to spray.

Re: Re: I'll be going down with my crew.
I never been to Nopi national, but I went to a nopi regional before. They going to group all the wild maximas into the Luxary Wild or maybe they will open up a Maxima Wild class. I hope so Any car with tail lights conversion, headlights conversion or extensive body work should be in Wild. I believe Ming won the conservative class and Jeremy won the Mild class last year. Jeff, you might be in wild with your new paint job, but I don't know for sure. My car is probably a borderline mild and wild. It depends if they see my engine or not before they class me.

I think this is how Nopi class Maximas.

Without a body kit....Conservative.

With body kit....Mild

Any SC, taillight conversions, headlights conversion, paint job or roll cage...Wild.

This is good to know. Now I'm wondering what I signed up for. Definetly wasn't the wild category. Has anyone received anything in the mail from them after you registered, or received any kind of confirmation? I've gotten nothing so far.

I am staying at the Sheriton Hotel in downtown ATL, they have a special for 79.99 a night, normally 180 a night, so I thought I would let you all know that you could get reservations there and stay at a PHAT A$$ hotel for cheap !!!!

Tony,
I doubt there will be a wild class in the nationals.

I can see sometimes the local shows might bump cars up or down classes. But I doubt it will happen w/ a show of this size; too many cars for them to create a potential mix up.

Anyone who has a body kit is considered mild. Although my car had one and I ended up in conservative class last year.

The few of us are all gonna be in the same mild class.
Me, you, Jeff, Jeremy, Rich, John w/ lexus lights, John w/ sparco seats, may be a few more are all head to head baby!

I can't wait till the show! I'm psyched!!!
Althought a few more months of time to detail out the car would have been nice.

SOLD my volks today too. :} :{ happy and sad at the same time. GTP should show up next week. Yeaaaaaaa.

I am going down to the Nopi store in ATL on the 31st of this month and I will see if we can get a designated area or not, I will also drive down toward the speedway to see about a place for all of us to meet Friday Morning before the show, maybe we could all meet in Downtown Atlanta like at the Tunner field parking lot, and all drive down to the show.
But I will let everyone know what's up on september 1st. and hopefully I will have two or three different places to meet right before hand, and we could all agree on one of them

I registered yesterday, only to support the cause. It will be fun, even though I don't plan on winning anything. Maybe we'll get lucky and can park together.

For everyone who is going to Nopi
Let's meet at Turner Field, Home of the Braves at 9:00 AM-9:30 AM on Saturday Morning the 15th in the parking lot. I'll head to the show at about 9:30 or so. I figure this is a big place that anyone can find, lets all meet there on Saturday for the show. Again that is Turner Field parking lot at 9:00 AM. Now if anyone doesn't like this location make a suggestion
