At other internet stores ... if I call & order I can usually get a better deal ... not much ... but definately better than what I can get if I simply order thru the site ...

Does anyone know of anyone from their past dealings?

Tkx!

When I dented my rim, I dealt with Connor from Tirerack to get a replacement. It was a difficult situation, since Tirerack no longer had my rim (it has been discontinued in the US, but still manufactured in Germany). Connor was going to rush order one from Germany (insurance was paying for it anyways), but that would still take a week. However, he found the rim I needed in "customs quarantine" and sent to me overnight! Talk about service!

Tire Rack won't do discounts. We've tried group deals, etc. but no go. What you see for their price is what you get.

Personally, for the service they give, they're worth it.

I've never heard of an "internet discount" with tirerack. Tirerack's prices are the lowest compared with most retailers anyways, so ordering from them will net you a good price.
