i have a question on propper installation.
i've had my fstb for almost a year now, but just now started wondering (yeah, i'm slow).
the fstb's are adjustable to either "push out" or "pull in". i didn't do either and just put the bar on... how is it supposed to go?
(am i making any sense?)
kafene.

You don't want it to do either one. If the tops of your strut towers are pushed out, or in, it could compromise your alignment. Just adjust the FSTB so it fits neatly overy the top strut bolts, and tighten them down. Not too tight now, you don't want to break them.
IIRC 30lbs. if you have a Torque wrench.
The point of the FSTB is to create a 'box' that is more stable than the U shape your suspension is now.
