Hey guys,

I'm screwed ... because of my accident in which i totalled my 99 Maxima SE ... my parent's insurance (i can't afford my OWN Insurance) is up and for RENEWAL, their insurance company doesn't want to cover me anymore!

So Now I don't have INSURANCE!

DO U guys know of any way around this???? I've called OTHER companies and they charge Upwards of $8000 (Canadian)

Please ... ANY advise would be Greatly Appreciated!!!!!

Dude...I've totalled two cars...of my own...and I still have insurance. I pay a hefty $1600 but it's worth it.
And I am only 18.
I don't know what the laws are in Canada but you should be able to find something.
Another idea, u might be able to get an international drivers license and get insurance under the I.D.L. and not your Canadian license...I've heard of people doing this but have never tried it myself. I am not exactly sure it's legal either...but u can find out.
