They pretty much install like regular springs, except you have to remove the top cap of the shock temporarily for clearance. It's listed in the instructions so it's not too bad. I would say easier to install than lowering springs because the reinstall onto the car is made simpler by the shorter height of the whole assembly, you don't have to wrestle with it like you normally do, just compress it. I can remove and reinstall all 4 shock assemblies in under 2 hours right now with no air tools. With my old Intrax, it took about 3 hours.

The ride is not too good unless you get nice shocks, but you have Koni's right? So it should ride decently. Firm, but decent. You can always get custom spring rates, I think it's like a $50 option.

Lots of noises, but no worse than the Cattmans.

Alignment is the same, just set it at the height you drive it at and align it. Unless you drop it some crazy amount like I did, alignment shouldn't be a problem.

I just put the GC's in with Tokicos.

They are really bouncy but dont make any noises for me.

The rear i have lowered all the way and with my 16's i have about a 2 finger gap. The front is almost all the way down. I have about 1.5 finger gap. I did this strickly for dragging for less squat. I have about 1" of travel.. maybe 1.5" but that is it. I have bottomed out a lot. Im still praying my oil & tranny pan are still ok.

BTW i have the red colored Eibach (6"??). I think the stiffest.
